The Brotherhood/Sister Sol
Liberation Program (LP) is a youth-led educational space that empowers young people to develop informed perspectives on societal inequities faced by people of color, learn the history of social justice movements and draw from their personal experiences with oppression and privilege. Through active participation in the program, young people form an understanding of the interconnectivity between self, community, power, oppression and liberation. They also learn effective strategies for addressing systemic issues faced in their own lives, such as inequities in educational, criminal justice and immigration.
