PARSA

PARSA was founded in 1996 and has consistently evolved over the years to meet the changing needs of the people we support. PARSA’s mission today is to train and develop professional Afghan leaders who care for the women, youth, impoverished families, and disabled citizens of Afghanistan. We believe strongly in empowering visionaries who want to make positive changes in their communities, and the programs we take on begin with a PARSA leader with a vision. These leaders work directly with beneficiaries to determine unique interventions that work best for their communities. PARSA focuses on programs that are grounded in three areas and are adaptable according to specific needs: Social Protection, Economic Empowerment, and Youth Leadership.
