Jessika Greendeer

Jessika is a full-time farm manager for a local non-profit. She spends her time at home stewarding landrace varieties of ancestral seed, and caring for a beehive and a small flock of heritage ducks. She is a member of a BIPOC Land Transition Project where they are creating a model for long-term land access or purchase and a tool to generate more philanthropic investment in land access. She is motivated to create more opportunities for all people to have access to their own ancestral seed varieties, access to land to grow in relationship with and recreating an equitable food system.
