Discos CAIFE

Memoria Analoga // Discos CAIFE is a Vinyl Re-Press-label focused on giving quality releases to Ecuadorian artists who, despite having deeply marked our musical identity, are largely unrecognized; their legacies unnecessarily close to oblivion. By reframing their work in a contemporary context, we hope to bring this music to younger generations and facilitate a local transgenerational dialogue. Our goal is to empower the musical memory of Ecuador, evoking a sense of curiosity, which in turn can open doors to a deeper sense of collective self-knowledge, and an appreciation of the treasures we possess and our collective responsibility to care for them.
