AfroResistance

AfroResistance’s mission is to educate and organize for human rights, democracy and racial justice throughout the Americas. AfroResistance provides Analysis, Data and Reports about the Americas region centering Black Women and Girls from Latin America and the Caribbean. We work to build intentional, international, and political movements for social justice and human rights in the Americas and to deliver popular human rights education focused on race, gender, and immigration. Two of our current programs include Poderosx Fellowship for Black Women and Girls impacted by incarceration and Black Children of the Americas collection of stories by Black children for all children and stories centering Black children.
